WLVR’s Brad Klein reviews the vital need for an accurate count for the residents of the Lehigh Valley. The stakes are enormous and long-lasting, and the commitment from the Cities, is there. But the epidemic raging across the Valley, the State, and the Nation mean that vast uncertainties remain.
