The U.S.Senate passed a multibillion-dollar emergency aid package Tuesday.
It’s phase two in a series of bills. The new package follows recent legislation that opened billions in emergency aid money to help fight the spread of the virus. And it paves the way for talks about what could be close to a trillion-dollar stimulus plan.
WLVR’s Tyler Pratt spoke with Pennsylvania U-S Senator Bob Casey yesterday before the vote… about the measures, whether Pennsylvania’s ready for a possible surge in coronavirus cases and how he was planning to vote.
