Governor Tom Wolf plans to deliver his annual budget address on Feb. 2.

Listen to the stories.

In it, he says he will share his goals for the upcoming year and how he plans to accomplish them.

First and foremost, Wolf wants Pennsylvania to emerge from the pandemic and he’s preparing a budget that will help do that.

“A budget should be built on the needs of Pennsylvanians, not just on the desires inside government here,” he says.

Wolf’s budget priorities are designed to help mend the damage from the coronavirus. The governor says he intends to focus on supporting bipartisan efforts as well as increasing transparency and accountability in Harrisburg

“I want to get Pennsylvanians–and Pennsylvania–back on track. We can now see the light at the end of the pandemic tunnel and I want to make sure we can get back on track quickly,” he says.
