Some important polling sites in Allentown are going to be different on Election Day.
Of the 58 polling places spread across Allentown for this primary election, two of them have changed.
Traditionally there is a polling place at Redeemer Lutheran Church on 19th St. in the West End. According to election officials, this year, that polling place has been changed to Agricultural Hall at the Allentown Fairgrounds.
Also, the polling place that was at a LANTA transportation building at 1060 Lehigh St. last year, has been moved to the Carpenters Union Training Center of Allentown at 1818 Vultee street.
A complete list of polling places is available on the Lehigh County website.
Northampton County also has two polling location changes:
Easton 3rd Ward, 3rd District is now at Lafayette College’s Kirby Sports Center, 700 W. Pierce St, Easton, and
Hanover Township District 1 has moved to Congregation Brith Sholom, 1190 Macada Road.
