Here are the Certified Results of the Lehigh Valley Primary Election

Lehigh Valley’s Primary Election results have officially been certified. WLVR’s Tyler Pratt has more on a few closely watched Northampton and Lehigh County races

At the beginning of this election, all eyes were on the Democratic Primary for Allentown Mayor –  Mathew Tuerk secured the nomination. He now faces off against Republican Tim Ramos in November.

In the crowded race for Allentown’s four open city council seats are Democrats: Cynthia Mota, Daryl Hendricks, Ed Zucal and newcomer Natalie Santos, as well as Republican Tom Houk.

In Bethlehem, City Councilman William Reynolds scored the Democratic nomination for Mayor. He’ll be taking on Republican John Kachmar.

Bethlehem’s City Council spots look to be filled by four Democratic women. Councilwoman Grace Crampsie Smith and political newcomers Rachel Leon, Hillary Kwiatek and Kiera Wilhelm.
