You can watch professional fireworks displays this holiday weekend in the Lehigh Valley.
Allentown and Bethlehem are planning aerial shows on July 4, and so is Dorney Park & Wildwater Kingdom in South Whitehall Township.
Allentown will host a free Independence Day celebration starting at 5 p.m. July 4 at J. Birney Crum Stadium. Live music, entertainment and food vendors will be included; the fireworks begin at 9:20 p.m.
Bethlehem’s display is set for 9:15 p.m. from Sand Island. A good spot to watch is around Payrow Plaza.
Dorney Park’s fireworks are scheduled for 9:10 p.m., 10 minutes after the park closes for the night on July 4.
RCN plans a live broadcast of the Allentown festivities starting at 7:30 p.m.
