Countdown to Musikfest 2022, Week 1: Performers you won’t want to miss – LISTEN

BETHLEHEM, Pa. – WLVR prepares you for Musikfest ’22!
Each week leading up to the start of Musikfest on Aug. 4, ArtsQuest Chief Programming Officer Patrick Brogan highlights a couple of bands he’s excited to see this year.
In this week’s first installment, Brogan details JJ Grey & Mofro, which will headline Americaplatz at Levitt Pavilion at 9 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 9 ; and folk duo Shovels & Rope, which is scheduled at Americaplatz at 9:30 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 11.
Brogan has been involved with Musikfest for 21 years and he’s still enthusiastic about being able to bring a diversity of performers and musical genres to the Lehigh Valley.
You can hear the feature on WLVR at these times:
-Tuesdays at 12:33 and 3:33 p.m.
-Wednesdays at 4:44 and 7:44 p.m.
-Thursdays at 7:45 and 9:45 a.m.
-Fridays at 2:33 and 5:44 p.m.
-Saturdays at 8:35 a.m.
-Sundays at 5:35 p.m.
