Local print shop on maintaining ‘personal touch’ in midst of a pandemic

As Lehigh Valley businesses prepare to reopen under social distancing guidelines, many are facing new challenges they didn’t anticipate three or four months ago.
One local business that’s coping with those challenges is EBC Printing. It’s a commercial print shop in Allentown that was co-founded by brothers, Mustafa and Murtaza Jaffer in 2002. The brothers say they believe their personal touch with customers has contributed to their success locally.
After almost 20 years in business, Mustafa speaks with WLVR’s Genesis Ortega about the brothers’ greatest challenge to date in maintaining that personal touch with their customers, with limited face-to face interactions.
