Two Pa. legislators would like to see them, but not cocktails in cans, return.

The state House wants bars and restaurants to be able to sell to-go mixed drinks, but does not want to let grocery stores and beer distributors sell pre-mixed cocktails in a can.

The Pennsylvania Senate on July 16 approved legislation that preserves the cocktails-to-go feature introduced amid last year’s pandemic lockdown.

Pennsylvanians can now order cocktails to go. Governor Tom Wolf signed a bill into law Thursday, May 21, that allows restaurants, bars and hotels to serve alcoholic beverages again
