At last count, nearly two point five million mail-in ballots have been cast in Pennsylvania, and county election officials weren’t able to start counting them until this morning.

Pennsylvania Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar says President Trump’s attempts to undermine voters’ faith in elections — especially when it comes to voting by mail — haven’t worked in the crucial swing state.

President Trump continued to criticize Pennsylvania’s electoral process during his campaign blitz across the Commonwealth Monday. But state officials say his claims lack validity.

The Wolf administration is warning voters to bypass the Postal Service entirely at this point in the election process and deliver mail-in ballots to official dropboxes.

Mail-in voters have until election day to cast their ballot, Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar is recommending voters do not wait, and where possible avoid using the mail.
