This spring, Pennsylvania voters will see four questions on the May primary ballot. One is focused on the governor’s ability to declare health emergencies, as he has during the pandemic.

The 2020 U.S. presidential election saw the highest voter turnout in over a century, but controversy has swirled about the way Americans voted whether that was in person or by mail.

The Lehigh County Government Center basement is busy tonight as poll workers open mail-in ballot envelopes and machines count votes.

Mail-in voters have until election day to cast their ballot, Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar is recommending voters do not wait, and where possible avoid using the mail.
