Two things to know about Natalie Santos and Wesley Butler. They are young… both college students at Kutztown University and they won their primary election races for City Council.
WLVR’s Genesis Ortega spoke with Natalie Santos, who won the Democratic primary for Allentown City Council and Wesley Butler who is unopposed in November for a city council seat in Reading. They are both students at Kutztown University.
