Today, the Governor lifts his stay-at-home order for the remaining counties in Pennsylvania. But portions of the Valley still have dangerously high rates of COVID-19 infection. WLVR’s Brad Klein spoke to the Director of the Allentown Health Bureau, Vicky Kistler on the eve of Lehigh County moving to the Yellow phase of the reopening plan.
