CACLV spearheads conversations on systemic racism in the Lehigh Valley with ‘Color Outside the Lines’ initiative

Conversations about systemic racism are happening across the country. Here in the Lehigh Valley, the Community Action Committee (CACLV) is bringing people together to talk about race, diversity and inclusion, and what’s needed to bring about lasting change in the region.
WLVR Community Correspondent Genesis Ortega spoke with Kumari Ghafoor-Davis, Director of Racial and Ethnic Justice for the CACLV, and asked her to explain “Color Outside the Lines,” a diversity and inclusion initiative from the Community ActionCommittee of the Lehigh Valley.
