Pennsylvania officials are working on efforts to shore up the food supply chain and address disruptions to the distribution network that have impacted grocery outlets across the state.
One local business that’s coping with those challenges is El Mercadito, a Mexican-American family-owned bodega on 7th Street in Allentown.
WLVR Community Correspondent Genesis Ortega connected with Abraham Orduna, owner of El Mercadito, about staying open and serving customers during the pandemic.
